Sony Computer Entertainment Inc said Tuesday it will delay this week’s overseas launch of the highly-anticipated Playstation 3 game, LittleBigPlanet after learning that the soundtrack features some phrases from the Koran.

The artist behind the song, Toumani Diabate, has already been interviewed by MTV for his stance on the song. He said it’s his way to ”attract and inspire people towards Islam.”

What do you think? I’m not entirely familiar with the Koran, so I don’t know what kind of ramifications this kind of usage might entail.
